The entire loss of the game can be attributed to the batting collapse from 144/3 in 25 overs to being all out in 35.1 overs at 178. If the team could carry on and bat the entire 45 overs, we could have been at 240 scores, which would have been a great score.
Having a big score always helps in defending the total, as the team chasing will be under pressure. With at least 6 decent-quality bowlers, we had great chance to defend by applying pressure on scoring runs.
Another problem space, this team is facing regularly is to have some wicket takers. The team overall has taken 5 wickets in 3 matches, which is unusually low. Having big scores will help put more pressure. Incidentally, in all three matches we batted first and were unable to put an above-par score for the wicket. Looking to change this by bowling first if we win the toss.
