A great afternoon on Sunday - a fab match which kept everyone entertained. Whilst the Cricket Club retained the honours I think everyone enjoyed the spirit of the game and the banter. We enjoyed some beer from the Colchester Brewery and thank you to Camperite Leisure and The Alma for sponsoring a barrel!

We raised some much needed funds for the club and a massive thanks to everyone who came along and supported, to all the players, to the bar staff (Karen, Alan, Neil, Kevin and Stuart) to Paul, Penny, Diane and Aimee for running the tombola and particularly thanks to Mark, Tyra and Mitchell for running the BBQ. Also to Jim French for his support and Alan for captaining the Village team.

It was lovely to see both the Cricket Club and the Church so busy for the day.
